Village Hotel Club is seeking a hands-on Leisure Club Manager who will walk the gym floor, engage with customers, and uphold the highest club standards. You will drive the sales strategy, and recruit, train and inspire a talented leisure team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role combines operational leadership with guest-centric service in our vibrant hotels and leisure clubs across the UK, offering training, growth, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Leisure Club Manager plays a key part in maintaining our position as an industry leading fitness and leisure brand. You will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers, whilst ensuring that the club is operating at the highest standard. You’ll be working to deliver the sales strategy, as well as finding, developing and inspiring an awesome team of leisure staff!
