Job summary

Crieff Hydro Hotel is seeking a Leisure Assistant to fit around your lifestyle with a flexible, friendly team. This casual key time role offers varied shifts and a warm, welcoming atmosphere at our renowned Scottish hotel.

The Leisure department operates two swimming pools and spa facilities, with shift hours from 06:30 to 17:30. You’ll support guests, keep facilities clean, assist with laundry and reception, and have the opportunity to pursue lifeguard training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus.
• Strong swimming ability and willingness to work toward lifeguard qualifications.
• Pride in work with high cleanliness standards.
• Team player who thrives in a fun, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Watchful lifeguard on pool duty ensuring guest safety.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in the Leisure Club.
• Assist with laundry operations and reception duties.

About The Role

Our Leisure department is on the lookout for individuals to join us on a casual key time support contract, perfect for fitting around your other responsibilities. Shift patterns will vary between the hours of 06:30-17:30.

Our Leisure Team Takes Care Of Two Swimming Pools And a Range Of Relaxing Spa Facilities Including Saunas, Steam Rooms, And Spa Baths. As a Leisure Assistant, You’ll Be

• Keeping a watchful eye on the pool as a lifeguard, ensuring everyone’s safety.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Leisure Club.
• Helping with laundry operations and general reception duties.
• Assisting guests with a warm, friendly approach to make their stay extra special.

What We Need From You

• A passion for delivering great customer service – experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• A strong swimmer who’s happy to work towards a lifeguard qualification (we’ll support you with this).
• Someone who takes pride in their work and has high standards of cleanliness.
• A team player who enjoys working in a fun, supportive environment.
