Job summary

Company Shop Group is recruiting a Store Manager for the Leicester Superstore. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage merchandise and stock availability, and drive sales. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires a hands-on, proactive leader who can coach others to achieve targets.

You will oversee store operations, ensure standards, manage performance, and contribute to the store’s financial success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and implement improvements with the store management team.
• Report to Regional Manager on store performance and operations.
