• Understanding Customer Needs: gain insight into operational and logistics challenges; deliver clear, practical solutions.
• Training and Progression: participate in onboarding, coaching, role-play; build and manage your own sales pipeline; work towards first deals with team support.
• Account Development: build and maintain strong client relationships; support account growth and satisfaction.
