Regional Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our established team in Leicester. You will manage a varied caseload and provide clear, practical legal advice from instruction through to resolution.

We are looking for a confident, client-focused solicitor qualified in England & Wales with strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive family law environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor status in England & Wales is required.
• Experience working in family law is essential.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities are important.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good advocacy skills and client care are valued.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage deadlines are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters.
• Advising clients on divorce and financial and child arrangements.
• Handling applications and drafting court documents.
• Representing clients in court hearings and other proceedings as required.
• Liaising with barristers, experts, mediators and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring files remain compliant.
• Progressing matters efficiently and keeping clients updated.
