Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters.
• Advising clients on divorce and separation.
• Handling financial and property matters arising from relationship breakdown.
• Advising on arrangements for children.
• Drafting applications, statements and other court documents.
• Representing clients in court hearings and other proceedings as required.
• Liaising with barristers, experts and mediators.
• Progressing matters efficiently and keeping clients updated.
