Job summary

Future Select Recruitment seeks an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join a respected water treatment specialist in Tamworth. You will conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems, produce detailed technical reports and site-specific schematics, and advise on remedial works while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires robust knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8, City & Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Solid knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
• Qualified with City & Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Willing to travel to client sites.
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Proficient with IT software.

Responsibilities

• Carry out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems.
• Produce detailed technical reports.
• Create site-specific schematic drawings.
• Identify remedial works and inform clients.
• Ensure regular compliance regimes are completed.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with guideline changes.
• Work to personal performance targets.
