Job summary

Primary Water Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Legionella Risk Assessor to conduct compliant risk assessments across commercial and industrial sites in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274. You will work independently and with the Water Hygiene Team to document and report on systems to help clients manage Legionella risk.

The role requires surveying hot and cold water systems, producing professional risk assessment reports, and maintaining electronic records.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Legionella risk assessments on commercial/industrial sites.
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance.
• Ability to produce professional and technically accurate reports.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficient with electronic reporting and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Complete Legionella risk assessments across commercial and residential properties in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 and relevant guidance.
• Survey hot and cold water systems, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce clear, accurate risk assessment reports and update drawings as needed.
• Manage diary/workload and maintain professional communication with clients and site contacts.
• Assist with occasional water hygiene tasks including sampling, flushing, temperature monitoring.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure safety in line with procedures.
