Marlowe Environmental Services, part of Mitie, is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to join our specialist team in Salisbury. You will deliver risk assessments and support compliance across diverse client environments.

The role emphasizes using digital tools, producing drawings, and providing practical recommendations while adhering to ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 guidance. A City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification is required.

Qualifications

• ACOP L8, HSG274, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 knowledge required.
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments in water hygiene.
• Detail-oriented compliance professional delivering value beyond compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality Legionella risk assessments to the highest professional standards.
• Use digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data.
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build strong relationships with clients through expert service.
• Support operational delivery to ensure contractual and compliance commitments are met.
• Conduct assessments in line with ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
• Foster a culture of safety and ongoing excellence.
