Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover Midlands sites, including Leicester and surrounding areas. You will assess domestic hot and cold water systems, identify compliance gaps, and recommend remedial actions, while maintaining client relationships.

Applicants must hold City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing and be familiar with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor within an established outfit.
• Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Advantageous to have plumbing experience/qualifications.
• Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Track record of meeting personal targets and deadlines.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident using IT software.

Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Leicester, East Midlands

Salary / Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a reliable and professional Legionella Risk Assessor in the Midlands area. You will be joining a successful name within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry, who provide the full range of water system management and remedial services. Applicants must have proven success within the industry, and will be confident in working on domestic hot and cold water systems across a variety of client sites. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, in order to provide direct technical advice to clients, and will be able to efficiently manage their own workload. Salaries and packages on offer are competitive.

The Role:

• Making appropriate recommendations for remedial actions
• Discussing findings directly with clients, answering technical queries and providing recommendations
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Producing site-specific technical reports and schematic drawings
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients
• Troubleshooting issues on site
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
• Carrying out quality assurance checks on completed reports and works
