Future Select Recruitment is recruiting a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant for Enfield, Greater London. The role focuses on conducting risk assessments on domestic water systems, producing comprehensive reports and schematics for clients.

The successful candidate will identify remedial works, present findings to clients and may train new risk assessors. The position requires travel around the M25 and offers a competitive salary with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor/Consultant.
• Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Flexible to travel as required.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems.
• Identify required remedial works.
• Communicate findings to clients.
• Produce detailed technical reports and schematic drawings.
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and answer technical queries.
• Adhere to personal performance targets.
• Train new risk assessors.
