Job summary

Marlowe Environmental Services — part of Mitie, based in Basingstoke (Mobile), is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor. You will deliver Legionella risk assessments, use digital tools to capture and report data, and produce schematic drawings with clear compliance records across varied client environments.

Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification, proven assessment experience, and strong knowledge of ACOP L8/HSG274/HSG282/HTM 04-01, with a full

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments within the water treatment or water hygiene industry.
• A detail orientated compliance professional focused on delivering exceptional service and adding value beyond compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 compliance frameworks.
• Excellent IT literacy, including experience using digital reporting systems.
• The ability to produce accurate schematic drawings and technical documentation.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
