Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Legionella Remedial Plumber to operate across Midlands client sites, performing monitoring, remedial cleaning, water sampling and minor plumbing tasks within Legionella control programmes. You will work on ACOP L8 compliance, maintain water safety logs, complete documentation and support water system cleaning and disinfection across multiple properties.

• Experience as a Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
• Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (desirable).
• Basic IT skills, preferably including Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
