Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a qualified Legionella Remedial Plumber to service and maintain water systems across commercial, public sector and local authority contracts in the Midlands.

The role involves fitting POU heaters, servicing vented and unvented cylinders, deadleg removals, TMV servicing, and ensuring compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274. NVQ plumbing qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Remedial Plumber within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry.
• Must hold the NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing.
• Ideally will hold the G3 Unvented ticket.
• It would be advantageous to hold the NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 legislation.

• Performing remedial duties across commercial, public sector and local authority contracts.
• Fitting POU heaters.
• Servicing and installing vented and unvented cylinders.
• Deadleg removals and pipework modifications.
• TMV servicing and replacements.
• Calorifier installations and servicing.
• Replacing flexihoses.
• Fitting dosing pots.
• CWST refurbishments.
• Fitting and replacing tanks.
• Keeping accurate logs of works completed.
• Adhering to project deadlines.

Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber

Location: Bromsgrove, West Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a qualified Legionella Remedial Plumber within the Midlands region. You will be joining a growing and respected Compliance / Safety specialist, who have recently won new Legionella contracts. Applicants must be confident in carrying out full servicing and maintenance on existing water systems, including TMV replacements, deadleg removals and pipework modifications. It is essential that candidates hold industry qualifications in addition to robust technical knowledge. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include: overtime, pension scheme, annual leave and company vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Remedial Plumber within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry
