Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Lead Plumber in St Albans for a Legionella-focused role in the South East. The position offers £30k–£40k DOE with training and benefits, and requires NVQ Level 2 and strong water hygiene knowledge.

You will lead field teams, manage client relationships, and travel around the South East as needed. Experience with ACOP L8, deadleg removal, cold water storage, TMVs, and risk assessment is valued.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 minimum required.
• Water hygiene experience preferred; training provided.
• G3 qualification advantageous; ACOP L8 knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Replacing and installing cold water storage tanks.
• Removing deadlegs and refurbishing cold water storage tanks.
• Install and service TMVs and perform 1st/2nd fixes on plumbing systems.
• Fault-finding and recommending remedial works.

We are currently recruiting for an established Legionella client, who is seeking a keen and highly experienced Lead Plumber based in South East. You will need the NVQ Level 2 and have a good working history for a reputable company. It would be advantageous to have water hygiene experience, but this company can thoroughly train and offer career development and package benefits for a hardworking candidate to travel around South East.

• Exceptional client facing skills
• Team leader and train employees
• Strong working history as a plumber is essential
