Job summary

Talk Staff Recruitment in Belper, Derbyshire, England, seeks a Recruitment Consultant for our Legal Support Team. You will recruit across a range of law firms, focusing on Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Legal PAs, partnering with UK firms and legal businesses.

You will build a strong candidate pool, advise on career direction and salary trends, and work with a supportive team. The role offers hybrid working and a commission scheme from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency.
• Experience recruiting within the legal sector or legal support market is advantageous.
• Strong talent-pool building and daily candidate/client interaction.
• Understanding of legal support roles, e.g., Legal Administrators, Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants, Legal PAs.
• Confident building relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong network of legal support candidates.
• Source and screen candidates for vacancies using innovative techniques.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to placement.
• Advise candidates on career direction and salary expectations.
• Support growth of Talk Staff Recruitment's presence in the legal market.
