Job summary

Talk Staff Recruitment in Belper, Derbyshire, England is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent team and drive growth across the legal recruitment market. You’ll specialise in Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Legal PAs, building relationships with law firms across the UK and delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear career path and a commission scheme paying out up to 25% from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Recruitment Agency, within any white-collar discipline.
• Experience recruiting within the legal sector or legal support market would be highly advantageous.
• Used to building a strong talent pool of great candidates and managing this alongside your daily candidate and client calls.
• A good understanding of the different legal support roles within law firms, including Legal Administrators, Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Legal PAs.
• Ideally, you’ll have experience working with professional or office-based candidates and clients.
• Confident building relationships with both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong network of legal support candidates, keeping up to date with availability, career aspirations, salary expectations and market trends
• Using innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques and comprehensive client briefs, find the best legal support professionals for every vacancy
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and candidate attraction through to interview management, offer and placement
• Provide candidates with advice on career direction, salary levels and opportunities within the legal support market
• Help develop and grow Talk Staff Recruitment’s presence within the legal recruitment market
