Job description

A leading UK law firm is seeking a proactive and adaptable Legal Secretary & Workflow Coordinator to support its dynamic Corporate practice. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model, with office presence in Central London.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to 5-7 lovely Associates in the Corporate team.

Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and oversee inboxes during absences.

Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, ensuring adherence to house style.

Collaborate with and organise workflow for 3 EAs and 2 PAsto ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate billing and compliance processes, including generating bills and managing expense claims.

Act as a professional point of contact, managing telephone calls and messages.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a legal secretarial and coordinator role, preferably within a corporate environment.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 60 wpm.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs.
