Senior Global Subsidiary Coordinator

London

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

CSC’s Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) Team offers corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in more than 140 countries around the globe. By partnering with CSC, clients reduce the complexities associated with international business. Our local presence, coupled with CSC’s robust affiliate network, assists our clients with their subsidiaries' compliance obligations, regardless of where in the world they are registered. As a Senior Global Subsidiary Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the management of international entity portfolios. In this role, you will be required to collaborate with internal team members and third-party vendors to meet annual compliance deadlines, oversee the completion of ad hoc transactions, and assist with corporate secretarial and governance needs on behalf of the clients we serve.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for any GSM Service needs
  2. Management of communication received from customers and third-party vendors via Salesforce CRM
  3. Timely review, response, and initiation of all client requests and handling complex clients with multi-jurisdictional presence
  4. Completing a range of company secretarial tasks for various clients including but not limited to:
    1. Ensuring companies abide by their statutory obligations including ensuring all statutory filings are undertaken in a timely manner. Researching and evaluating jurisdictional requirements where necessary
    2. Preparing and circulating notices, agendas and board packs and attendance and minuting of board meetings
    3. Drafting ad hoc minutes as and when required
    4. Ensuring the companies registers are kept up to date and actively maintained as required
    5. Dealing with correspondence received from third parties
    6. Completion of internal compliance files for new clients
    7. Liaising with clients, both local and international, and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
  5. Liaise between the customer and the CSC local office / third-party vendor to process any annual compliance and transactional filings.
  6. Ability to communicate and collect requirements necessary for KYC Due Diligence as and when necessary
  7. Facilitating client and/or vendor calls to provide updates on the status of open projects
  8. Managing the accuracy of all client information in our Company Records and Entity Management applications

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  1. Experience of handling Tier 1 clients with extensive global presence
  2. Qualified Company Secretary or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in global client handling
  3. Serving as the primary point of contact for any GSM Service needs
  4. Management of communication received from customers and the CSC local office/ third-party vendors via Salesforce CRM
  5. Leading client calls and experience in handling complex discussions with the clients
  6. Proactive and an eye for detail is a must
