Role Overview

The successful candidate will join the property law department, assisting with a range of conveyancing matters. You'll be responsible for producing legal documents, liaising with clients and solicitors, and ensuring accurate file management throughout the process. The role offers great variety and responsibility within a stable and friendly office environment.

Duties Will Include:
  • Drafting and preparing property-related legal documentation

  • Managing case files and maintaining an organised filing system

  • Handling post-completion duties, including registrations via LandWeb

  • Communicating professionally with clients and third parties

  • Providing administrative support: phone handling, correspondence, diary scheduling

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Legal Secretary

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Comfortable managing diaries and working to deadlines

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working within conveyancing or property law

  • Familiarity with Land Registry procedures and post-completion processes
