I'm currently recruiting for a Temporary Legal Secretary or Admin position to provide holiday cover for a well-established legal client based in Slough.

My client is a well established and reputable Law firm in Slough offering a wide range of legal services to individual, commercial and industrial clients.

Description

  • Providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents.
  • Managing and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Filing and archiving relevant documentation efficiently.
  • Managing correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Supporting the team in the preparation of legal documentation.
  • Handling audio dictation tasks with accuracy and speed.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in audio dictation and transcription.
  • Law firm background or experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Professionalism and a high level of discretion.
  • Must have legal Secretary or law firm experience
