Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
The Law Support Group in London is seeking an experienced legal recruiter to cover professional staff and business support roles, managing lateral hires across the firm. You will bring confidence and gravitas to train partners and managers in interview skills.
You will also have the remit to streamline recruitment policies and implement an ATS, creating a professional, concise approach to hiring top talent. This is a 12-month FTC with potential for longer-term opportunities.
If you’re an experienced legal recruiter, with expertise across both professional staff and business support, looking for your next challenge - then this newly created opportunity could be an amazing chance for you to create and redefine recruitment at a growing mid-sized law firm.
Our client is a well-respected, mid-sized law firm with a fantastic reputation for being a relaxed and collegiate place to work, who really care about culture and belonging. They are based in London, and work hybrid (3 days in the office) with a genuine work-life balance.
Due to growth and expansion plans, they have created this role to look after their lateral hires across all levels of staff.
In addition, they want someone who can bring their knowledge, confidence, and gravitas to help train and develop the interview skills of partners and managers across the firm.
You will also have the remit and authority to streamline and formalise their recruitment policies and processes, helping them create a professional and succinct approach to finding and hiring the best talent. As part of this, one of the projects will be to put in place an ATS.
What they are looking for is a skilled and pro-active legal recruitment specialist who has gained their experience with legal recruitment (both solicitors and business support staff) in-house, with a UK law firm. While they will consider candidates from the agency side of recruitment, they do need to see at least 2 years' experience working in-house as well.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge, the chance to build something new, and really deliver on short and mid-term projects. And while this is initially a 12-month FTC, there will be the opportunity to review and discuss potential longer-term opportunities as the contract progresses.
