If you’re already in a 360 recruitment role - ideally in legal, or something adjacent like professional services, finance, or compliance - and you’re looking for more autonomy, more credibility, and more connection to your work, you’ll want to keep reading.

The Opportunity

This is a 360 role, with full ownership of your desk - but not without support.

We believe in giving our consultants the freedom to operate their market, while also providing the structure, tools, and insights that help you perform at your best.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end legal recruitment across private practice and in-house
  • Building and maintaining deep relationships with law firms and legal teams
  • Nurturing candidate pipelines and owning your niche
  • Winning new business and reactivating warm relationships
  • Contributing to divisional strategy, BD campaigns and brand positioning

Level-wise, we’re open to:

  • Consultants who have 12+ months’ 360 experience and are ready for more ownership
  • Senior/Principal Consultants looking to elevate their desk, step into mentoring, or shape new service lines
  • You don’t need to have done legal recruitment specifically - professional services, finance or another advisory sector is transferable if your mindset and values are aligned

Meet the Legal Team

You’ll work closely with Emma Pringle, our Associate Director who leads the Legal division. Emma is known for her market expertise and calm confidence - she’s as commercial as she is people-first, and she’ll help you shape a successful desk on your own terms.

Our wider team includes colleagues across Finance, HR, Technology and Marketing who collaborate across verticals, share client leads, and genuinely enjoy working together. We're growing fast and doing it without losing our culture in the process.
