Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear communication with stakeholders across teams.

• Experience with project management approaches or tools (Agile, PRINCE2, MS Project, JIRA).
• Strong data handling and reporting using Excel/PowerPoint/BI.
• Knowledge of Legal Project Management or Legal Operations in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress; keep plans, action logs, and risk/issue registers up to date.
• Coordinate tasks and follow up with project owners to maintain momentum.
• Support cross-team transformation initiatives; schedule meetings and share information.
• Prepare updates and simple dashboards to show status and progress.
• Monitor key metrics and flag risks, delays, or issues.
• Develop project materials ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency.
• Support the Legal Operations and Project Management service lines.
