• Develop reporting, metrics and insights that demonstrate the value of the legal team.
• Build scalable frameworks, governance and knowledge management processes.

Be the Legal Innovation Champion

• Stay ahead of emerging legislation and regulatory developments.
• Help the business understand and respond to changing legal and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities where technology and operational improvements can reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Act as a key partner between Legal, Technology and wider business stakeholders.

Continue Practising Law

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders.
• Support risk management and governance activities across the organisation.
