Responsibilities
- Drive Legal Transformation across the legal function.
- Improve and redesign legal processes, workflows and ways of working.
- Explore and implement legal technology, automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Develop reporting, metrics and insights that demonstrate value.
- Build scalable governance and knowledge management frameworks.
- Act as a bridge between Legal, Technology and business stakeholders.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
