Your role will be to assist in a variety of administrative tasks as well as provide support in the efficient running of the firm’s reception.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients and other visitors to the firm in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner, as well as process all incoming calls.
You will also handle photocopying, faxing, scanning, binding of documents, and postal duties.
Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks, so computer literacy and previous experience in a law firm are required.
