Job summary

Aviva is seeking an underwriter with title insurance experience to join our Norwich or London team. You will assess and underwrite new business, making confident decisions within agreed authority levels while balancing customer outcomes with commercial success.

You will build strong relationships with brokers and customers, identify process improvements, and work with colleagues to support profitable growth and regulatory compliance while delivering great outcomes for customers and partners.

• Experience underwriting title insurance business and making sound risk-based decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, brokers and colleagues.
