Job summary

NPA Recruit is seeking a Legal Executive (Litigation) for a well established solicitors practice in Eastbourne. The role offers a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 DOE and an immediate start. You will manage a diverse range of litigation cases, assist the senior partner, conduct legal research, draft documents, attend court hearings, and maintain client communications. A signing bonus of £1000 is payable within 14 days of commencement.

Qualifications

• Must be CILEx qualified.
• Handling a variety of litigation cases.
• Assisting senior partner in overseeing case organisation and preparation if early PQE.
• Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and attending court proceedings.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, legal counsel, and other involved parties.
• Staying informed about current laws and protocols relevant to the cases.

Role - Legal Executive (Litigation)
Financials - Between £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
Experience Required - Ideally 2 to 3 Years PQE
Location - Eastbourne

Upon starting your new role, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment commencement.

The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
