Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Dundee is seeking a Legal Enquiry Team Advisor to be the first point of contact for client inquiries, gathering information across channels. Hybrid working is available after probation, with a requirement to attend the Dundee office three days a week.

You will develop knowledge of personal injury law, explain funding options, and hand over cases to the appropriate legal team, while aiming to meet individual and team targets and deliver empathetic client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of GDPR principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle new client enquiries via phone, email, website and other channels.
• Explain funding options and gather relevant information.
• Maintain client information in the case management system.
• Obtain supporting documentation for potential claims.
• Take ownership from first contact to handover to the legal team.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.
