Job summary

The Legal Counsel will provide legal services to the Corporate, Governance, M&A, Regulatory, and Legal Watch team of Crédit Agricole CIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide English law legal advice and assistance, including documentation drafting/review and transaction support, across various operational areas such as commercial/procurement, trading platforms, outsourcing, property, intellectual property, intra-group services, and banking matters.
• Offer corporate governance and M&A advisory, including support for disposals, acquisitions, equity investments, and company secretarial tasks for UK subsidiaries.
• Manage transversal projects affecting policies and procedures, information governance, and legal compliance.
• Contribute to regulatory and legal watch activities, including drafting insights publications and participating in working groups.
