• Strong legal judgement and attention to detail.

• Lead Strategic Contract Negotiations: Draft, negotiate and advise on supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transport and technology agreements.
• Partner with the Business: Work with procurement, supply chain and operational teams to provide practical legal guidance on initiatives.
• Provide Commercially Focused Legal Advice: Deliver clear, pragmatic and risk-based legal advice balancing commercial objectives with legal requirements.
• Support Innovation and Regulatory Change: Advise on legal impact of emerging legislation and industry developments affecting logistics and movement of goods.
• Influence Stakeholders and Drive Outcomes: Build trusted relationships and support effective decision-making at strategic and operational levels.
