Global investment manager that continues to grow has created a new position for a highly capable funds lawyer (4-8 PQE).

Known for systematic and quantitative strategies and a love of technology, they offer a collaborative, relatively flat team structure.

Experience in various investment funds is preferred, along with a willingness to expand your skill set. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing fund documentation, private investment documentation, and assisting with investor relations, including onboarding and negotiating investor side letters.

Working hours are reasonable, with a hybrid model of 4 days remote and 1 day in the office.
