Job Description:

A global investment manager that continues to grow has created a new position for a highly capable funds lawyer.

Known for their systematic and quantitative strategies and a strong focus on technology, you will join a global team of lawyers working collaboratively within a relatively flat structure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various investment funds and a willingness to broaden their skill set. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing fund documentation, reviewing documentation for private investments, and assisting with investor relations, including onboarding new investors and negotiating investor side letters.

The level sought is 4-8 PQE.

Working hours are reasonable, with a current hybrid model of 4 days remote and 1 day in the office.
