Job Description:

Global investment manager that continues to go from strength to strength has created a new head count for a highly capable funds lawyer.

Best known for their systematic and quantitative strategies and their love of technology, you would be joining a global team of lawyers that work collaboratively within a relatively flat structure.

Previous experience in various Investment funds work is preferred. A willingness to broaden your skill set is also valued. Daily responsibilities may include drafting and reviewing fund documentation, reviewing documentation for private investments, and assisting with investor relations, including onboarding new investors and negotiating investor side letters.

Level sought is 4-8 PQE.

Hours are very reasonable, with current hybrid working at 4 days in the office and 1 remote.
