Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal assistance on a broad range of commercial, IP, and licensing agreements across the group.
• Work closely with business advisors, providing legal advice to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the success and development of the General Counsel's office at the group level.

Candidate Requirements:
