Key Responsibilities

As Legal Counsel you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal and compliance of the group both regionally and globally. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal assistance on a broad range of commercial, IP and licencing agreements across the group.
• Working closely with business advisors, providing legal advise to assist them in their decision making.
• Playing a crucial role in the success and development of the General Counsel's office at group level.

Between 4+ years PQE having trained with an established commercial practice at a leading UK/US law firm OR In-house. European qualified lawyer with a strong academic record.
