Our client

Simmons and Hanbury have an opening for a part-time Legal Counsel at a leading global services provider. This role offers an opportunity for an Associate or Legal Counsel to join a top-tier, friendly in-house team at a global high-performing company based in Surrey.

Key responsibilities

1. Managing complex commercial agreements, including technology, procurement, and supplier agreements.
2. Drafting and negotiating subcontracting agreements and flow-down terms.
3. Providing advice on data protection and TUPE matters.

Experience requirements

1. Solid legal experience, either in-house or at a top law firm, preferably with secondment or in-house experience.
2. Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiation, with a focus on procurement.
