Our client

Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed on a new part-time Legal Counsel opportunity at a leading global services provider. This is a chance for an Associate or Legal Counsel to join a top-tier and friendly in-house team at a global high-performing company based in Surrey.

Key responsibilities

• Dealing with complex commercial agreements including tech, procurement, and other supplier agreements.
• Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting agreements and flow-down terms.
• Advisory work regarding data protection/TUPE matters.

Experience requirements

• Solid legal experience either in-house or at a top law firm, ideally with secondment/in-house experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiation with a focus on procurement.
