Our client

Simmons & Hanbury have been instructed on a new part-time Legal Counsel opportunity at a leading global services provider. This role offers an Associate or Legal Counsel the chance to join a top-tier, friendly in-house team at a global high-performing company based in Surrey.

Key responsibilities

1. Handling complex commercial agreements, including tech, procurement, and other supplier agreements.
2. Drafting and negotiating subcontracting agreements and flow-down terms.
3. Providing advisory work on data protection and TUPE matters.

Experience requirements

1. Solid legal experience, either in-house or at a top law firm, ideally with secondment or in-house experience.
2. Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiation with a focus on procurement.
