They’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

Role: Legal Counsel

Location: Must be in the UK - Fully Remote Role!

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with global consumer and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and maintain up-to-date consumer-facing terms, policies, and data protection practices.
2. Manage IP matters including trademarks and copyrights, supporting brand strategy and related agreements.
3. Oversee platform compliance, seller onboarding, transparency obligations; support corporate structuring and governance documentation.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide risk-aware legal guidance, manage pre-litigation issues, and monitor regulatory developments in digital commerce.

Qualifications:

1. 6+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer, ideally with top-tier firm and in-house tech or e-commerce experience.
2. Deep expertise in commercial, consumer protection, and data privacy law, with a strong grasp of marketplace, payment, loyalty, and subscription regulations.
3. Business-minded, proactive, adaptable—thrives in fast-paced, remote environments with fluent English communication skills.
