Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a fully qualified lawyer to support the EMEA region from Maidenhead, UK. You will provide daily legal support, review and draft commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service agreements, and advise on data privacy issues.

The role requires 3-5 years PQE, experience in commercial/contract law in an international environment, and strong English communication skills; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE; experience at a law firm preferred.
• Proven experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally in an international environment.
• Sound knowledge of Data Privacy laws (GDPR/UK).
• Cartel/competition law experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region.
• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts.
• Supporting DSARs/Data Privacy related advice.
• Working on various projects and drafting legal documents for campaigns.
• Collating billing information and performing invoice checks.
• Assisting with signing and closing procedures and compiling signature packs.
• Involvement in business projects to cover the legal rollout.
• Conducting legal research.
