• Ensure internal compliance with HS&E, Anti-Corruption, and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.

This role focuses on providing legal support for the development of the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project, including regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, infrastructure development, and financing within the UK energy sector.
