Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal advice on the Liverpool Bay CCS project, including regulatory compliance, licensing, and CCS Network Code matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial, real estate, planning, construction (EPC), and financing agreements.
• Support company secretarial activities and dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration, mediation).
• Ensure internal compliance with HS&E, Anti-Corruption, and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.
