Location: Dorking, Hybrid – 2 days in the office

We are seeking a pragmatic and experienced Commercial / Contracts Lawyer, with around 2-6 years PQE, possibly already in-house or transitioning from private practice, to join our team. As a key member of the Legal Team, reporting to the UK General Counsel, you will support our UK Group companies and collaborate with key stakeholders to provide timely legal support and advice.

Your responsibilities will include managing your workload, handling instructions from Senior Legal Counsel-Commercial and the Business on various commercial matters such as supplier contracts, NDAs, IT agreements, software licenses, data sharing agreements, and service level agreements. You will be responsible for contract negotiations and legal sign-offs, advising and assisting business stakeholders on contractual relationships, legal and regulatory risks, and ensuring a 'smart-risk' approach in our operations.
