Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Client Partner to join our new office in Hursley, Winchester.

The role will be flexible, but the successful candidate will be based from the office at least 2 days per week.

You will need to have strong knowledge and a keen interest in at least one of the following areas of law: corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and employment law. We welcome applications from individuals with experience in other relevant areas of business law.

Your responsibilities will include understanding our clients’ businesses, providing appropriate legal guidance and support, and managing projects from start to finish with attention to detail. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and effective support for our clients.

When not assisting clients, you will collaborate with the management team at Hybrid to grow and develop our business and your role within it.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Relevant work experience in our core areas of law.
2. A safe and secure home working environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
4. Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor.
6. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to use own initiative.

Role Details:

Hands-on Role: You will be the first point of contact for legal research, contract review, and providing legal guidance, working alongside experienced Associates on complex client matters.
