ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a professional Client Liaison to join our legal client’s team in Northampton on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling calls, gathering information, and guiding client registrations.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation and a client-focused approach. Ideal candidates will have legal or related experience, with a law degree offering an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone manner and client-facing skills.
• Experience in legal, customer service, sales or recruitment is desirable.
• Law degree or legal experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and administration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling incoming calls and initial enquiries.
• Confidently speak with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
• Set up new clients on the internal system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
• Talk clients through the necessary information and registration process.
• Prepare and send client care documentation in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they have received the required information and answer any questions.
• Liaise with the wider team regarding client requirements and next steps.
• Arrange and book client appointments where required.
• Follow up on initial enquiries and leads to maximise conversion.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete general administrative duties.
• Manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
• Ensure all processes are followed in line with relevant legal regulations and company procedures.
