Job Description:

Ambition is working with an international law firm to recruit a Legal Cashier/Senior Legal Cashier. This is a great opportunity to join an established team within their London office, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Reporting to the Cashiering Manager, the key duties include:

• Daily allocations of all UK office cash receipts in USD, EURO, and GBP, ensuring adherence to SARs and firm policies
• Daily bank reconciliations for all UK accounts
• Compilation of month-end bank reconciliation summaries for office and client accounts
• Processing client account transactions, including manual deposit interest
• Processing client to office transfers in accordance with SAR and firm policies
• Maintaining compliance with the Client residual balances project

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role within a law firm, proven cashiering experience, good knowledge of SARs, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with other MS Office packages.
