Job summary

Fried Frank, a leading law firm, seeks a Credit Controller in London to help maintain financial stability. You will chase outstanding invoices, manage e-billing submissions, and liaise with client finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue or credit control within a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, ideally 3E.
• Exposure to client e-billing platforms (CounselLink, Legal Tracker).

Responsibilities

• Credit control and collections: pursue outstanding invoices and secure payments.
• E-billing and invoice management: manage submissions and resolve rejections.
• Client relationship management: maintain strong relationships with client finance contacts.
• Process development and reporting: support credit control process improvements and monthly debtor reports.
• Relationship management: coordinate with partners, practice teams and finance to monitor collections.
