Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a Legal AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and support secure AI-enabled apps and integrations for the firm. The role covers production-ready LLM solutions, retrieval systems, agents, APIs and automated workflows to address defined business needs.

The successful candidate will translate business priorities into reliable software, taking technical ownership from discovery through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement, with hybrid work (2 days WFH

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong background in AI Engineering, ideally within a law firm.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and Azure integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, MS Graph, Semantic Kernel and LangChain/LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate and support secure AI-enabled applications and integrations across the firm.
• Deliver production-ready software including large language model apps, retrieval systems, agents, APIs and automated workflows.
• Translate business priorities into reliable software and own the process from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
